Return Policy


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, your order may qualify for a refund if it's returned within 30 days in new, uninstalled condition, and original packaging with all parts & accessories.

Exceptions: Products we cannot accept returns on:
  • Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
  • Products with unwrapped crystals
  • Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
  • Light bulbs or Lamp Shades
  • Large quantities of the same product (10 or more)
  • Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise
  • Large furniture items
To request a return:
  • Call our Denver or Greenwood Village lighting showrooms during business hours to request a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the product.
  • Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. A Return Materials Authorization may be requested by phone 303-592-1223 or by emailing: sales@gallerialighting.net
  • Once we issue a RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be given.
  • Returns are subject to restocking fees and vary by manufacturer. Restocking fees are typically 25% but can range between 10-50% for special or freight orders.
  • Your refund credit will be issued after the item has returned and inspected.
  • Returned items will be issued a refund credit via the same method in which the item was purchased, less any restocking fees and return shipping costs.
  • When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition.
  • If we notify you that your returned item has arrived damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as to what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be destroyed.

Warranties

All products sold by Galleria Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from Galleria Lighting and find it to be defective, 30 days past the purchase date, please contact sales@gallerialighting.net or phone 303-592-1223 for manufacturer warranty information.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL GALLERIA LIGHTING’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE GOOD GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM(S) AT ISSUE.

Canceled Orders

You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund.
