Shipping Policy

US Free Shipping Terms:


Galleria Lighting extends free ground shipping (UPS or Fedex Ground) on orders over $150.00 that ship within the 48 contiguous states.

Free shipping does not qualify on:
  • Expedited orders (overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day)
  • Special orders, oversized, fragile, and heavy items
  • Items with a shipping surcharge*
  • Orders under $99 (Subject to a 15% shipping & handling fee)
  • Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Galleria offers free shipping on orders from many of our most popular manufacturers, including:

Alora, American Lighting, Corbett Lighting, ET2, Fanimation, Fine Art, George Kovacs, Hinkley, Hudson Valley, Kichler, Kuzco Lighting, Lutron +, Maxim, Metropolitan, Minka Aire, Minka-Lavery, Mitzi, Modern Forms, Oxygen, Quoizel, Quorum, Troy Lighting, Varaluz, and W.A.C. Lighting.

*Orders from all other manufacturers may be subject to 15% shipping & handling charge.

Shipping Restrictions:


We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Most shipments will ship via UPS or FedEx, larger orders will ship via freight. We will notify you of the estimated freight charges when the order is received if applicable.

Truck Freight (LTL) & Oversized items


Items shipped via truck freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. The carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time. It is the customer or receiver’s responsibility to provide an accurate contact phone number for the delivery address. If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for any storage fees or return freight charges. See our Return Policy section for full details.

Reporting Damages:

  • Inspect all items to ensure there are no broken parts or missing pieces. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Report the condition of your shipment if the box or pallet is visibly damaged before signing the receipt of delivery. It is not the responsibility of the delivery driver.
  • Include photos and videos showing any damage to the box or pallet, as well as any defective items in order to process your return authorization.
  • Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge.

In-Store Pick Up:

  • A customer may choose to pick up their orders placed in store or online at our Greenwood Village or Denver lighting showrooms.
  • Our customer service team will contact you via phone when your order is ready for pickup with the correct location. We may contact you via email if preferred.
  • For larger quantity pick up orders, please contact the showroom to notify them at least two hours in advance, so they can have your order ready when you arrive.

Shipping Lead Times:

Free Ground Shipping:
  • Orders that qualify for free ground shipping apply to in-stock items (in stock at our warehouse or the manufacturer’s factory warehouse), and typically ship within 7-10 business days.
  • Lead / processing times vary by manufacturer and are estimated based on product availability and how long it takes to assemble and package the order before it ships.
  • Estimated delivery time frames shown on individual product pages are estimates only.
  • After your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email with an order number used to track your order. We recommend printing this page for your records.
Expedited Shipping:
  • Galleria offers expedited shipping options on most items shipping UPS or FedEx. The expedited shipping options and cost will be presented after your shipping address is entered during the checkout if the item is eligible. Items that are shipping by freight do not have the option to be expedited.
  • Choosing an expedited shipping option will only speed up the transit time of an order. This does not speed up the lead time/ processing time of the order.

  • We strongly recommend not scheduling installation services prior to receiving your order. Ensure you have fully inspected your order upon delivery or pick up, so defective items that could possibly delay installation can be replaced as soon as possible.
  • All damages must be reported within 48 hours with photos and videos showing damage/defective items to process the return authorization.
Freight Transit Shipping:
  • Freight Orders are typically 2-3 weeks (items delivering to remote or limited access areas may extend this time frame) and cannot be expedited.
  • If you are purchasing items that ship by freight to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, then additional charges may apply.
  • Galleria is not responsible for any costs associated with shipping delays.
